1. Introduction

1. Welcome to the Vartra Tribe website.

2. vartratribe.com is an online service of Vartra Tribe shop, provided for your personal use for the sale of our products.

3. By using the Website, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to all of these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website.

4. We reserve the right to amend, add, change, alter, or delete these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Any such changes made to these Terms and Conditions will come into force upon publication on the Website.

5. Continued use of the Website and your account after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions by you.

2. Accounts Registration

1. You may register for an account on the Website by completing the “Create Account” process and verifying your email.

2. When creating your Account, you will be required to choose a password. You must keep your password confidential.

3. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your Account, including orders placed using your Account. We are not responsible for unauthorized activity if you fail to keep your password secure.

3. Purchases

Orders

An order is made when you click the “Pay Now” button at the end of the checkout process (“Order”).
You must be at least 18 years old to place an Order. If under 18, supervision by a parent or legal guardian is required.
Any Order placed is an offer to purchase items for the advertised price, including delivery fees and taxes.
A legally binding contract is formed upon our issuance of a tax invoice or payment confirmation email.

Custom Orders

1. Custom Orders are available for designs based on Vartra Tribe products and may not replicate designs by others.

2. You are responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from your Custom Order.

Prices

1. All prices are in Euro (EUR). For overseas customers, exchange rates are subject to payment provider terms.

Payment

1. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using accepted payment methods.

2. You must ensure sufficient funds in your payment account. Fees or failed payment charges may apply.

3. Payments made through third-party providers, such as Zip Pay, are subject to their terms.

4. Delivery

1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days, or 7 business days for Custom Orders.

2. Domestic deliveries use Fastway Couriers or Serbia Post, International deliveries by Serbian Post Export Service or Express International Deliveries by FedEx/TNT.

3. You are responsible for duties, customs charges, and fees for deliveries outside of Serbia.

4. Risk in the items passes to you upon delivery or the date when delivery would have occurred.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations

1. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as unavailability, suspected resale, or fraud.

2. Cancellations by you after 48 hours may result in forfeiture of payment.

Change of Mind Returns

1. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Faulty Products

1. Faulty items reported within three months will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Incorrect Products Delivered

1. If incorrect products are delivered, you may return them within 21 days for a refund or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Vartra Tribe owns all intellectual property rights related to the Website and Products.

2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Website for personal purposes only.
