Shipping & Delivery

We are a small, independent workshop based in Krivi Vir, Serbia. Every item in our shop is handcrafted with care.

Most ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Certain made-to-order items, such as drum bags, require 3–5 business days for preparation.

Larger orders or orders containing multiple made-to-order items may require up to 7 business days. If additional preparation time is needed, we will contact you directly.

We offer two international shipping options: FedEx and Serbia Post Export.


FedEx — Our Recommended Shipping Method

FedEx is our preferred international shipping method, offering faster and more predictable delivery, detailed shipment tracking, door-to-door service, and professional customs clearance support.

We particularly recommend FedEx for valuable, fragile, or time-sensitive orders, including our handcrafted drums.

FedEx shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the items ordered.


Serbia Post Export — Alternative Shipping Option

We also offer Serbia Post Export for customers who prefer an alternative shipping service.

This option may be more economical for certain destinations and packages, although delivery usually takes longer and international tracking updates may be more limited.

If you would like to use Serbia Post Export instead of FedEx, please contact us before placing your order so we can check availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times.

These are all estimates depending on customs processing times¹ for Serbia Post Export:
USA – 2 to 5 weeks
UK – 1 to 3 Weeks
Europe – 1 to 2 Weeks
Asia – 2 to 5 weeks

Shipping costs are calculated per item to account for individual packaging requirements and shipping charges.

If you purchase multiple items and we can safely combine them into a single shipment, we will refund any excess shipping charges after confirming the final shipping cost.

We always aim to find the most practical and cost-effective shipping solution without compromising the safety of your handcrafted items.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping prices.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Orders within Serbia are shipped using available domestic courier services.

Delivery arrangements and costs depend on the destination, package size, and available services.
